Migration because Nyalas migrate during seasonal changes and when there is an increase in predators in the environment

Herbivore because it eats grasses, leaves, twigs, fruits, flowers.
Generalist because this species inhabits dense woodlands and the savanna, mainly places where it can easily access a water source; able to survive in places where water is seasonally available
Niche: Nyala live in grassland areas and the savanna. Nyalas are herbivores because they do not eat meat, only grasses and other plants. Their predators include lions, leopards, african wild dogs and hyenas.
